Order History and Disputes
How can I view my order history?
You can view all past orders by logging into your Orvyn account and navigating to My Account → Orders.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us at support@orvyncosmetics.com and we’ll resend it.
My order shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received it.
Sometimes carriers mark items as delivered a few hours early.
If the parcel does not arrive within 24 hours, contact us and we’ll help track it.
I received the wrong item or a damaged product.
We’re so sorry! Please email us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a replacement immediately.
How do I raise a dispute?
If something seems wrong with your order, reach out to hello@orvyncosmetics.com within 24hrs and our team will resolve it quickly.

Gift cards are delivered instantly via email.
Can gift cards be refunded?
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Can I use a discount code to buy a gift card?
Discount codes cannot be applied to gift card purchases.
Can gift cards be used on sale items?
Yes — gift cards can be used to purchase anything on the site.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return period?
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
Which items are eligible for return?
To protect hygiene, cosmetic products must be unused, unopened, and sealed to qualify for return.
